Before GT, I had been training for years with other trainers and to my disappointment did not see many changes. It’s been nine months since the first day training, and at 43 years old I am the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been, not only physically but mentally as well. What can I say but 3 years later with the guidance from Greg he indeed has changed my life. He always tells me that what we do inside the gym is only 50% of leading a healthy life and that it is just as important that I lead a healthy life outside of the gym.
