My name is Regina Galoppi-Benfante and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with GT Fitness. After 22 Years of being a professional equestrain, I have found a new passion in personal training and nutrition. Because of my experience in teaching equestrian sports, I have a lot of experience with how our bodies work and how to make them more efficient. My love for fitness, food, and how our bodies work, pushed me to become a certified trainer.
